DETAILED REQUIREMENT FOR ALL TYPES OF VISA
PASSPORT:
Passport should be valid for at least 6 months at the time of entering in India. Hence it is important to make sure that sufficient validity of the passport meets the requirement of Immigration.
Passport should have at least two blank pages one for visa stamping and one for stamping of entry/exit stamps in passport.
PHOTOGRAPH:
To apply for India Visa, you would require one photograph. The photograph should be of white background. The photograph size required for the India Visa Application is 35 mm X 45 mm.
The photograph should be latest, front facing with most exposure is on the face. Long distanced photographs, photographs of dull and blurred visibility are not accepted.

Indian High Commission has mandated the record of biometrics for all India visa applicants aged between 12 – 70 years.
Diplomatic and Official Passport holders are required to submit their Indian Visa Applications directly to Indian High Commission.
Authority for Grant or Rejection of Indian Visa vests with the Indian High Commission only, so all Applicants are informed to book their tickets and hotel after approval of their respective Indian Visa.
