General processing time for United Kingdom Tourist Visa is 25 to 35 working days which includes 15 to 20 working days after Biometric Registration. Passport will be kept on hold by the embassy during this period of 15 to 20 working days. Express service available
Should be submitted for the processing of the United Kingdom Tourist Visa application as Visa will be stamped on the passport. Passport should have at least two blank pages one for visa stamping and other one for stamping of entry/exit stamps in passport. Passport should be valid for at least 6 months as on the day of travel to United Kingdom. If passport validity is less than 6 months passports have to be renewed before applying for United Kingdom Visa. Visa validity will be given based on passport validity for visas issued for more than one year. The copy of inviter’s current passport, inviter’s United Kingdom visa copy is required to be submitted along with the United Kingdom Visa application
If the inviter in United Kingdom will act as a financial sponsor for the applicant during the travel period are required to submit their 6 months bank statement of their United Kingdom Bank Account along with the declaration letter stating the undertaking of financial needs of applicant during his stay period in United Kingdom

Biometric Registration for UK Standard Visitor visas is mandatory for all applicants. Appointments for Biometric and Passport Submission will be done by IVC Services as per applicant’s convenient time and date. All the above stated documents are basic and sufficient requirements for processing United Kingdom Visa application in Singapore. However, case to case, nationality to nationality additional documents may be required by the Immigration Department of UK which will be notified to the applicant by IVC Services at a later stage.
Applicants are required to prepare the checklist required for the 6 months multiple entry UK Visa. The visa will be processed by IVC Visa Team and submission will be made in UK Immigration System. Upon receiving confirmation of receiving of Passport from the UK Visa Application Center, applicant will be notified.
To apply for UK Visa from Singapore, applicant requires the below documents (6 Months Multiple Entry) Original Passport - Current & All Previous Passports One Photograph in white background Employment Letter dated less than a month Bank Statement - Last Six Months Flight Booking to UK Hotel Booking to UK Proof of Financial Statements like CPF Statements, Fixed deposits, Bank Statements in Home Country, IRAS Statements for current year or previous year It is to be noted that document checklist might change time to time.

However if the ticket is already booked the copy of the ticket shall be provided along with the UK Visa application from Singapore. Compulsory return ticket is required at the time of travel to United Kingdom. Hence applicant are required to carry confirmed return ticket if they are travelling on Tourist visa to United Kingdom
When applying for Tourist visa for United Kingdom from Singapore, invitation letter from UK is not required if travel is meant for tourism or sight seeing. However if visa is applied for visiting family and friends in UK, then invitation letter is required along with other documents of the sponsor from United Kingdom.

Generally marriage certificate is not required for UK Tourist visa if applicant self sponsors the application. However if the Tourist visa application for UK is sponsored by spouse or if spouse is travelling along with main applicant then marriage certificate is required. Scan copy of marriage certificate is fine to proceed the application
